Trail Camera Project!
Our trail cameras are exciting scientific instruments that have allowed students to collect up-close pictures of wildlife. The cameras attach to a tree and work automatically when movement is sensed. Students use science process skills as they design an experiment to see wildlife, carefully considering the desired type of animal picture, placement of the camera and bait type. The cameras not only take a picture, but also record the current time, moon phase and temperature, which makes the experiment more interesting. Students, if you participated in this experiment, click on the dates you were here along with the name of your cabin teacher. Enjoy!
